15 Things That Did Not Surprise Me

-That 90%  of teenagers are online.
- That kids become wild at internet.
- Teenagers think that they're parents dont know how to use the internet.
- Schools are becoming more technological, so students become attracted to the clases.
- Students struggle more paying attention in class, because the information is just at one tip.
- Students use spark notes has stop teenagers from reading.
- Plagiarism is becoming more frequent thanks to the internet.
- The most popular social networks are Facebook and Myspace.
- The goal of the networks is getting and knowing friends.
- Kids make conflicts online in the networks, it was never in school.
- Taping fights and putting them at youtube is really popular.
- People upload pictures without thinking the consequences.
-  When you are sharing in the internet you let people enter your life.
- There are predators on the web.
- Most kids delete the persons they dont know and ask for personal information.

- The blogs that people with anorexia do. 
1- Because they congratulate them for doing something wrong, this is accepting things thatcan't happen.

- What are the biggest benefits of being online?

-Being in contact with your friends and people that you know that docent live in Bogota.  Also accessing information around the world: books, blogs, texts ext. Expressing and informing people about the problems in your country free speech and all the benefits it brings. And being in touch with world wide news.

What topic in the video was the most unlike you own experiences online and why?

- The Gothic blog of the girl, because is really improbable to me of adding sexual suggested pictures. Because I have self confidence and I know what is wrong and whats right in the internet. This means I will not show my body on internet and make in public.

- What topic in the video was the most strongly identify with and why? 

- Was that parents really don't know what they're kids are doing online. The cases of the kid suicidal, the Gothic girl and the mother that asked for they're kids password. Parents should be more involved and know more of what they're kids are doing in the internet. All the interviews made the topic clearer.

·         Ten years ago the project began.
·         Difficulties are opportunities.
·         The world needs pioneers.

We can use sustainable consumptions in Bogota:

Buying food of a local market.
Using mass transportation.
Having plants in your apartment.
Trying not to buy diesel cars.

Advance Google Search

  • Using quotation marks for getting what you are searching in a complete sentence
  • Using a minus sign you can get what you are searching without getting other information with the same name.

  •  Adding a plus sign helps you get the information you want from the pages you like.
  •  In the advance setting you can chose the reading level of the articles that appear in your search.
  • Also you can get pages without usage rights.
  •  Use a search in your region and that the word you are searching only appears in the title. 

This tool is always helpful to students I have used it all my life but with the things I learned today I can get quality information more easily and rapidier, with the tips I gathered.

    Google Day 2

    - Research more of the tuition of LSE. 
    - How to get scholarships.
    - They believe in having a diversity of cultures.

    The Quen Mary, University of London tuition is of 14,000 Pounds, for Law career. 

    The Fee for Economics is of 15,600 Pounds, for economics.



    International students in both Universities pay more than British or EU students.

    Has a very diverse campus but it docent give tuition's.

    I will like to learn more of othe universities in United Kingdom.
